Distance Fee: Based upon distance drive time of 25 minutes or more, traffic not included in drive time.  I am unable to provide longer distance services or overnights during the weekdays of the school year unless I'm able to have my child with me to take her to school in the mornings.

Inclement Weather: Severe Snowstorms, Severe Thunderstorms, Floods and Torrential Rains, Extreme Heat or Cold that could impact the walk or ability to get to the appointment.

Extreme Snow: In the cases of extreme snow; please clear a spot in your driveway if you have one. If you only have street parking and the snow is too much to drive through without getting stuck; it may result in a cancellation or late arrival.

If you are asking me to park in a specific area, please provide clear instructions on your profile.

Cancellations: Weather, traffic, sickness in my family and unforeseen circumstances that may impact the schedule or may cause shift in times if not an outright cancellation. 

Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation is needed for a walk, Please let me know before midnight of the night before or I may not be able to issue a refund. I can however add credits to your profile for the following invoice.
